Some Events in the Last Term of Academic Year 2006/07

Every year the three theological colleges in the Kandy area, the Theological College of Lanka, Lanka Bible College and the National Seminary meet to exchange views, attend a seminar and play in a three way cricket tournament.  There is much to be gained simply by meeting each other and dispersing the rumours that can arise about the other colleges.  The cricket match is fiercely contested and was won this year by LBC.  This picture shoes the TCL Principal taking a photograph of the students after the Unity Day service. We organised a a day long programme on Monday January 22nd at the FRIDSRO training centre, concerning the care in the community of people living with disabilities.  For more details see :  www.fridsro.org.	The annual sports meet saw James and Rosemary participating in various tournaments and races.  The whole community took part.  The culmination was the annual Sports Day.
