Our Visit to England, May 2006.

We were glad that Rosemary's parents, Marjorie and George were in good health.   We had a nice day out together at Hatfield Forest, Essex. Rosemary helps Yasmin chase Zoë on the giant slide at Knebworth Park, Hertfordshire.  Much of May was murky and wet.
We spend several lovely days in Farnham with Jennie, Simon, Lottie and Robert.  One day Jennie and Simon kindly hosted a delightful lunch party for a group of friends.  We spent a happy couple of nights relaxing with Dawn and Andrew Wood, Laura & Jonathan at Chandlers Ford.

We visited our friends the McDonough family in Great Yarmouth, Paul and Brenda, Adam, Rachel and Christopher. Here Rosemary and her god- daughter Rachel are walking the family dogs on the beach opposite their home. Sadly, six weeks after this photograph was taken,  Brenda, aged 49, died of cancer.  Please pray for them all.

A long way from the TCL cricket field or Lord's!  We relax with George and Marjorie, cricket and crossword, at Chipperfield, near Watford, shortly before our return to Sri Lanka.
