The Wedding of Ms Ajitha Ratnayake and Mr. Laxman Gunawardhana was held at Aijtha's family home in the village adjacent to TCL. It was a Buddhist wedding and the date of Wednesday December 5th 2007 was chosen because it was an "auspicious" date. |
Here the Register is being signed and the couple are then pronounced husband and wife by the civil Registrar. They waited for the "auspicious" time for this part of the ceremony too. |
