| Every year there is a College Day to celebrate the graduation of students from TCL. | This year the library hosted the graduation ceremony. This picture shows the library entrance decorated with cleverly folded palm leaves When the arrow point up the occasion is auspicious; when they point down the occasion is often a funeral. |
