Welcome to the web-site of Reverend Rosemary Fletcher and her husband James Rowley, Methodist Mission Partners from Britain serving at the Theological College of Lanka in Sri Lanka. Rosemary is a Methodist Presbyteral Minister who has served in the Swindon and Reading circuits in England for 14 years. For many years James was a project manager. In 2004/5 we received training in mission and development studies at the United College of the Ascension and the University of Birmingham. We returned to UK for our three month furlough in March-June 2008 and have since returned to Sri Lanka.
